AgreGtr Analysis
Customers generally find this floor jack sturdy, heavy-duty, and effective for lifting vehicles including trucks and low-profile cars. Most are satisfied with its performance, though a few noted quality control issues such as a wheel falling off, missing accessories, and a misleading 'quick lift' claim. Overall sentiment leans positive with some notable concerns around durability and product accuracy.
Pros & Cons
- Lifts heavy vehicles including one-ton trucks and 3.5-ton capacity
- Sturdy all-steel construction feels solid and well-built
- Works well under low-profile cars like Honda Accord
- Rolls smoothly on garage floor
- Successfully lifted vehicles like Lexus RX without issues
- Front wheel fell off after only 3 uses
- Does not function as a quick-lift jack, requiring 12–14 pumps to reach full height contrary to product description
- Arrived with severely damaged packaging, nearly causing injury
- Missing rubber saddle to prevent metal-on-metal contact with vehicle
- Very heavy and difficult to carry or transport
