AgreGtr Analysis
Customers generally report strong satisfaction with this electric hydraulic jack kit, praising its ease of use, lifting power, and all-in-one value as an emergency roadside tool. Most reviewers found it a significant upgrade over manual jacks for changing tires on trucks and SUVs. One notable negative experience involved the impact wrench failing mid-job on a Tesla Model Y, compounded by poor warranty support from the manufacturer.
Pros & Cons
- Lifts heavy vehicles (F150, Dodge Durango, Jeep Liberty) without strain using 12V power outlet
- Compact hard case keeps all components organized and fits neatly in vehicle storage compartments
- Impact wrench effectively removes lug nuts tightened by professional tire shops
- Long 12V cord provides adequate reach to all four wheels
- Includes useful extras such as air compressor, gloves, and attachments for a complete roadside kit
- Impact wrench failed after removing only one lug nut, leaving vehicle stranded mid-job
- Jack sits too tall to fit under low-clearance vehicles like Tesla Model Y without a ramp
- Insufficient lift height for some SUVs without an additional puck/pinch weld adapter
- Impact wrench and jack share a single power supply, requiring manual switching between tools
- Warranty and customer support from manufacturer was slow, repetitive, and unresolved without Amazon intervention
