AgreGtr Analysis
The VEVOR 3-ton low-profile hydraulic floor jack receives mostly positive feedback for its build quality, lift clearance, and value for money. Several reviewers praise its ease of use and solid aluminum-and-steel construction, though one detailed long-term reviewer experienced repeated hydraulic failures where the jack would not hold pressure, ultimately deeming it a defective product. The majority of buyers are satisfied, but the reported pressure-loss issue is a notable safety concern.
Pros & Cons
- Good value for the price with quality exceeding expectations
- Low-profile design suitable for vehicles with sport suspension
- Aluminum side plates reduce weight compared to all-steel equivalents
- U-joint handle design allows controlled lowering and stays in position when released
- Easy to pump and maneuver around a mid-size SUV
- Jack repeatedly failed to hold hydraulic pressure, creeping down even under no load
- Ships without adequate lubrication on wheels and pivot points, requiring prep before first use
- Hydraulic fill port uses a soft plastic plug instead of a more practical screw-on type
- Minor cosmetic nicks reported on rear caster perch upon arrival
- Replacement parts provided without instructions, and warranty support declined after repeated failures
