AgreGtr Analysis
The Ryobi 18V ONE+ 5-1/2 inch Cordless Circular Saw receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from DIYers and homeowners who praise its lightweight design, surprising cutting power, and value for the price. Most buyers highlight its convenience within the Ryobi ONE+ battery ecosystem and its ability to handle common lumber sizes cleanly. One reviewer reported a return and refund issue, though this appears to reflect a fulfillment complaint rather than a product defect.
Pros & Cons
- Lightweight and well-balanced, reducing fatigue during use
- Surprising power for its compact size, handling 2x4s and plywood cleanly

- Comes with an 18T carbide-tipped blade for cleaner cuts out of the box
- Excellent value compared to premium brands like Milwaukee or DeWalt
