AgreGtr Analysis
The Samsung QLED TV receives strong overall praise for its picture quality, easy setup, and smart features, with most buyers expressing high satisfaction across a range of use cases including streaming, gaming, and everyday viewing. The main recurring criticisms center on poor built-in sound quality requiring an external soundbar, a minimalist remote that frustrates some users, and a cumbersome initial setup process with hidden settings. Two isolated 1-star reviews report a hardware mismatch issue and a dead pixel, which appear to be individual unit problems rather than widespread defects.

- Minimalist remote lacks dedicated buttons and frustrates users navigating menus and settings
