AgreGtr Analysis
The GIGABYTE Radeon RX 9060 XT Gaming OC receives overwhelmingly positive feedback across all 13 reviews, with buyers consistently praising its value, 1440p gaming performance, and effective WINDFORCE cooling system. The card is widely regarded as one of the best mid-range options available, offering 16GB of VRAM, stable thermals, and quiet operation. Minor drawbacks noted include FSR having narrower game support than NVIDIA's DLSS, weaker ray tracing performance relative to NVIDIA competitors, and a large physical size requiring adequate case clearance.
Pros & Cons
- Outstanding value for money with strong 1080p and 1440p gaming performance at high to ultra settings
- WINDFORCE cooling system keeps temperatures very low (reported under 57°C under load) while remaining quiet
- 16GB of VRAM provides strong future-proofing for upcoming demanding titles
- Stable performance with no reported crashes, even during overclocking
- Easy installation with standard 8-pin PCIe power connector and dual-slot form factor
- FSR upscaling has narrower game compatibility compared to NVIDIA's DLSS ecosystem
- Ray tracing performance, while improved over RDNA 3, trails NVIDIA counterparts
- Card is physically large and requires sufficient case clearance
- Coil whine reported on at least one unit, though noted as common for new high-performance GPUs
- Requires a minimum 650W power supply, which may necessitate an upgrade for some users
