AgreGtr Analysis
Customers are largely satisfied with these refurbished AirPods Pro, praising their sound quality, noise cancellation, and value compared to buying new. Most report receiving units in good to excellent condition that function like new. However, a recurring minority of buyers experienced issues with physical condition on arrival, charging problems, and units still linked to previous owners' Apple IDs.
Pros & Cons
- Exceptional noise cancellation that effectively blocks ambient sound
- Great sound quality with immersive, clear audio performance
- Significantly lower price than new while delivering the same Apple experience
- Many units arrived in like-new condition with no visible scratches or damage
- Seamless connectivity and compatibility with iPhone ecosystem
- Some units arrived with scratches, scuffs, or cracks on the case
- Certain units were still linked to a previous owner's Apple ID, limiting full functionality
- Charging issues reported, including one earbud side failing to charge
- Non-original packaging and third-party ear tips included instead of genuine Apple accessories
- Battery life received criticism from some buyers for degraded capacity
