AgreGtr Analysis
The Tikom G8000 Max robot vacuum and mop combo receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from buyers across multiple languages, with most praising its strong suction, quiet operation, and excellent value for the price. Customers with pets especially highlight its effectiveness at picking up pet hair on both hard floors and carpets, and many note it performs comparably to much pricier competitors like Roomba. The one notable exception is a single buyer who reported charging and performance failures within a month and returned the unit, which tempers an otherwise very strong consensus.
Pros & Cons
- Strong suction effectively picks up pet hair, dust, and debris on both hard floors and carpets
- Quiet operation compared to other robot vacuums
- Long battery life covers small-to-medium homes in a single run and auto-returns to dock
- Good value for the price, with performance comparable to higher-priced brands
- Easy setup and multiple control options including app, remote, and voice (Alexa)
- One reviewer experienced charging failure and sporadic performance within a month, leading to a return
- Occasionally gets stuck under low-clearance furniture like sofas
- No self-emptying dustbin; bin fills quickly in larger or dirtier spaces
- Magnetic boundary strip included is very short (approximately 0.5m), requiring buyers to purchase more
- App does not support room-specific scheduling
