AgreGtr Analysis
The majority of customers are highly satisfied with this multi-function pressure cooker, praising its ease of use, quiet steam release, and versatile cooking capabilities. Most reviewers highlight excellent food results, good value, and the intuitive dial interface. One verified purchaser reported a serious defective lid/O-ring design issue and poor customer support, which stands out against the otherwise strongly positive feedback.
Pros & Cons
- WhisperQuiet steam release noticeably quieter than older models
- Intuitive dial control with preset cooking times is easy to navigate
- Produces tender, flavorful results quickly across a wide variety of dishes
- Stainless steel insert is durable and easy to clean
- Excellent value for money with versatile multi-function cooking
- One reviewer could not seal the lid due to a difficult O-ring installation, preventing any use
- Start button color (dark green) blends into the panel and is easy to miss
- Fixed, short electrical cord on the 8 qt model (unlike other Instant Pot models with removable cords)
- Tall pot insert slows sautéing and searing due to limited steam evaporation
- Customer support reportedly unhelpful, including a disconnected call with no follow-up
