AgreGtr Analysis
The Chefman air fryer oven receives broadly positive feedback for its large multi-rack capacity, quiet operation, easy cleanup, and versatile cooking modes including rotisserie and dehydrate. Most buyers are happy with performance and value, particularly those upgrading from basket-style fryers. A subset of reviewers note practical issues such as uneven heat distribution requiring rack rotation, a flimsy door, no dedicated power-off button, and scratches on arrival.
Pros & Cons
- Large multi-rack capacity allows cooking full family meals simultaneously across three racks
- Remarkably quiet operation compared to other kitchen appliances and competing air fryers
- Easy to clean with dishwasher-safe parts and smooth interior surfaces
- Versatile cooking modes including air fry, rotisserie, bake, dehydrate, and roast
- Cooks faster than a traditional oven with no preheating required
- Uneven heat distribution requires frequent rack rotation to avoid overcooked top-rack food
- No dedicated power-off button; display stays lit and unit must be unplugged to fully power down
- Door feels flimsy and some users report it failing to stay closed over time
- Unit may auto-shut down due to overheating if placed too close to a wall
- Arrived with cosmetic scratches out of the box and rack slots are difficult to seat properly
