AgreGtr Analysis
Cetaphil Baby Wash & Shampoo receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from parents, particularly those with babies and toddlers who have sensitive skin or eczema. Reviewers consistently praise its gentle, tear-free formula, mild pleasant scent, and long-lasting value in the two-pack format. One reviewer noted a sticky residue when used as a shampoo, though this appears to be an isolated experience among an otherwise highly satisfied customer base.
Pros & Cons
- Gentle enough for daily use on sensitive and eczema-prone skin without causing dryness or flare-ups
- Mild, pleasant scent that is not overpowering
- Excellent value, especially in the two-pack format
- Long-lasting — a single bottle lasts over a month with nightly use
- Trusted by repeat purchasers over multiple years and children
- One reviewer reported a sticky residue left on hair when used as a shampoo
- Mild scent and lower lather may not appeal to all preferences
